How a flake floor is built
It is a broadcast system, built in layers in a single day:
- Diamond-grind the slab and repair cracks and pits.
- Roll on the base coat (polyurea in our system).
- Broadcast the vinyl flakes into the wet base until full coverage.
- Once cured, scrape and vacuum the excess.
- Seal everything under a clear polyaspartic topcoat.
